Policy

The Energy Crops Company are active contributors to the formation, implementation and interpretation of UK and EU renewable energy policy. We continue to engage key decision makers and make a significant contribution towards the policies shaping the UK and EU energy markets including:

  • Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation (RTFO)
  • Renewable Energy Directive (RED)
  • Renewable Obligation (RO)
  • Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI)

This work ranges from policy development to detailed design and assessment of the likely effectiveness, impacts and costs of subsequent implementation.
